Since 1909, Alexandre Zinoviev takes part in different exhibitions, such as the Autumn Exhibition of Arts, various Independent exhibitions and the events organized by the “Société nationale des Beaux-Arts”. The various masterpieces of art of Alexandre Zinoviev possess realistic features and elements of the classicism and the symbolism. From 1920 to 1930, Zinoviev has a career as scene clothing designer, designer of music-halls, theatres and cabarets (ex: the Mistinguett hall), fashion and publicity creator, as well as a career of artiste of wall-paintings and frescoes. He is taking an active part in the Exhibitions organized by the Louvre artistes-designers. After the Second World’s War, Alexandre Zinoviev is painting Côte d’Azur landscapes and sea-side views from the south of France.
